Trainee Recruitment Consultant - x3 Positions Available - Graduate in South West London

The company was set up nearly 2 years ago and brought in over £1.5m revenue in their first 11 months. They have already grown to over 15 heads and are in the process of opening an office in Austin, Texas, with plans to grow out a team there.

Youll specialise across the tech and sales space, sourcing top sales and software individuals for the GTM space. This is a hugely buoyant and expanding market with a lot of money to make!

What would your day-to-day look like as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

• Researching potential new clients, contacting them about your services, and partnering with them to support their growth
• Identifying and connecting with suitable candidates for your clients, speaking with them, and convincing them to speak with your client
• Managing the end-to-end interview process; scheduling meetings, preparing candidates for interviews, passing on feedback, and advising on market conditions
• Negotiating offers on your candidates behalf, ensuring that salary and other aspects of the package are on par with market norms
• Consistently growing your network and mapping the markets to have a strong overview of whats happening in your market space

What experience would transfer well for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role?
