Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Gatehouse Admin to join our team. If you have previous experience in a gatehouse administration role and are looking for a stable and rewarding position, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all gatehouse operations.

Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Maintain accurate records of all vehicles and personnel entering and exiting the premises.

Communicate effectively with drivers, visitors, and internal staff.

Conduct regular audits of logs and reports for accuracy and completeness.

Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a secure environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Gatehouse Admin is essential.
