Location:Magna Park Lutterworth LE17

Salary: £12.35/hour

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off

Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Gatehouse Admin to join our team. If you have previous experience in a gatehouse administration role and are looking for a stable and rewarding position, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all gatehouse operations.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

  • Maintain accurate records of all vehicles and personnel entering and exiting the premises.

  • Communicate effectively with drivers, visitors, and internal staff.

  • Conduct regular audits of logs and reports for accuracy and completeness.

  • Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a secure environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Gatehouse Admin is essential.
