Forge Talent is proud to be working with a world-renowned brand in the Altrincham area who is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Supporting the Management Accountant, you will work across all Financial Reporting, Cost Recognition, and Reconciliations.

Working hours are Monday – Friday with 2 Days WFH after training!

Role

Working in a team, you will help run the day-to-day finances of the company while gaining exposure to broader financial operations of a fast-paced and dynamic business.

• Credit Card Reconciliations
• Overseeing Bank Postings – Weekly Reconciliations
• Supporting Management Accountants with Month-End and Weekly Tasks
• Analysis, Reporting, and Journals
• Ad Hoc Finance Tasks

Profile

• Minimum 2 years working in Finance – ideally dealing with Multiple Currency Ledgers
• AAT Studier would be beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication skills – able to build relationships
• IT Literate – Comfortable with Excel
• Study Support – including Career Progression and Development Opportunities
• Hybrid working – 2 days WFH after training
