A leading investment advisory firm is seeking a 1-8 PQE securitisation/structured finance lawyer to join its growing business in an execution focused role. This role is ideal for a legal professional looking to broaden their expertise and transition into more of a business role. Excellent compensation package on offer.
As a key member of the execution team, you will provide expert advice on a range of deals across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction execution on a wide range of securitisation and structured finance transactions (CMBS, CLOs, etc.)
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation
- Managing legal risk and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Managing relationships with external counsel when required
- Qualified solicitor (UK or equivalent) with 1-8 years' PQE securitisation/structured finance (private practice or in-house)
- Experience working on CMBS deals would be highly advantageous for the role
- Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Please note that candidates with the relevant experience outside of the above mentioned PQE level would be considered for this position.
