Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Electrical Contracts Manager looking for a new opportunity with a well-established and respected M&E contractor?
Based in the Croydon area, the company are a long-standing leader in the building services industry, is seeking a skilled and proactive professional to join their growing team.
With decades of success in delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical solutions, this reputable contractor is known for its work on prestigious high-end residential developments and select commercial projects across London and the Home Counties. The Role:
As the Electrical Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of electrical packages on a range of projects from pre-construction through to handover. Youll manage client relationships, subcontractors, site teams, and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and delivery of multiple electrical contracts simultaneously
- Work closely with design and estimating teams during pre-construction phases
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and financial performance
- Ensure health and safety compliance on all sites
- Lead and motivate project and site teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager, or similar role within the M&E sector
- Strong background in high-end residential and/or commercial projects
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Sound knowledge of electrical installations and current regulations
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- Full UK driving licence
- Base Salary: £75,000 £85,000 (depending on experience)
