Meridian are working with a client based in Huddersfield area that are currently hiring for their Electrical team, and are therefore looking to grow their team of commercial Nationwide Electricians. This company work all over the country, performing Electrical installations, such as 1st and 2nd fix, building services, EV charging points, as well as solar and renewable energy installation services. If you are looking to join a growing company, that has a focus on commercial fit outs and Building Services, with a varietyof work nationwide whilst offering additional hours and overtime, then this role is perfect for you!

• Starting salary of £42k – £45k (Dependant on experience)

Requirements for this job:

• Gold JIB Electrician Card
• SSSTS/SMSTS desirable but not essential
• Experience installing 1st, 2nd, and final fix on commercial fit outs and building services
• Experience installing and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Full UK Driving Licence

Duties will include (but are not exclusive to):

• Commercial electrical installation, such as power & lighting, metal containment, wiring, cabling, trunking, conduit etc.
• Diagnostic and maintenance work on electrical systems andBMS, as well as Electricalbuilding services
• Installation of renewable energy building services, such as solar panelling, EV cabling and charger points, LED lighting upgrades etc.
• Being customer-orientated to adapt and communicate with different working environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Meet time demands of fast-paced fit outs
