Base pay range

Forge Talent is excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing Financial Services business who are looking to recruit a newly created Financial Controls Manager position to be based in Manchester or London.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain the financial controls framework.
2. Design, setup, optimisation and upkeep of an effective financial controls framework.
3. Oversee management information systems to report on the effectiveness of controls.
4. Mitigate and manage risk.
5. Manage control testing cycles and develop annual testing plans.
6. Develop reporting dashboards relating to financial risk and controls.
7. Engage senior stakeholders and lead projects in a financial and operational control environment.

Experience:

1. Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA.
2. Worked in a Financial Control environment previously.
3. Strong stakeholder management – internally & externally.
