Business Analyst - Bath

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to work with one of the world’s leading industrial manufacturers!

With a presence in multiple sectors (Energy Production, Pharmaceuticals, Food Production, Shipping and Chemical Production), our client is a market leader with a track record of growth and acquisitions resulting in an impressive global footprint.

This is an incredible opportunity to be at the heart of business-critical projects and play a key role in one of the largest D365 transformation programmes of its kind, working to replace several heritage systems globally!

This role is key in ongoing improvements and efficiency gains within our financial workflows whilst keeping within the organisation’s overall strategy, during a major global company project.

Your Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with wider teams to create robust, enduring solutions
– Analysing existing processes and systems
– Designing, testing and implementing solutions
– Providing training on these solutions to ensure smooth adoption of them
– Utilise KPIs and support requests to identify improvements

The Successful Candidate:
– Understanding of basic financial accountancy principles
– Process mapping and requirement-gathering experience
– Skilled with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
– Analytical mind
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills
– Has a proactive approach to delivery and problem-solving
– Flexible with travel
