An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Financial Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of financial systems and processes, providing essential tools and management information to drive operational and financial efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Assist in producing monthly management accounts, aiming for submission by working day 6. Performing month-end tasks, including balance sheet reviews and necessary adjustments. Manage the Credit Control Timetable and assist the Customer Services Team with sales order queries. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Purchase Ledger functions to provide cover during absences and busy periods. Submit weekly and monthly ledger updates to the invoice discounting facility. Maintain the Purchase Accruals report and assess its suitability for supporting monthly overhead provisions. Manage the bank reconciliation process for all bank accounts.
