Agility is currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant for one of our clients based in Warrington.

The role involves working with other members of the finance team. This opportunity has arisen due to company growth, with plenty of scope for personal development and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of management accounts, following standard procedures explained by management.
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze prepayments and accruals.
• Reconcile specified Nominal Ledger accounts monthly.
• Supervise daily bank reconciliations and process petty cash payments, maintaining proper records.
• Prepare NL expense account analyses.
• Maintain and process the company payroll, including HMRC payments and related administration.
• Distribute vehicle debtor and cash account analyses, reviewing and resolving queries related to cash allocation.
• Prepare VAT reconciliations and submissions.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent administration and organizational skills.
