Lifting Equipment Inspector/Engineer

£35-45K + Overtime + Excellent Benefits (Pension, holidays…etc)

We have an excellent opportunity for a Lifting Equipment Inspector to join a leading company supplying rigging and lifting equipment.

This company is expanding and has excellent progression opportunities and career prospects.

As a Lifting Equipment Inspector, you will be responsible for:

1. Periodic inspection, maintenance and repair of equipment
2. Preparation of lifting equipment
3. Return of equipment to stock after return, with appropriate checks
4. The operation of a clean, tidy workshop

Experience Required for the Lifting Inspection Engineer/Inspector:

1. Familiar with the inspection, maintenance and repair of lifting and suspension equipment, including (some or all!): Manual Chain Blocks, Hoists, Wire Rope, Polyester and Chain Slings, Steel Rope Assemblies, Shackles and Links, Manual Lifting Equipment and/or Lifting Beams
2. Evidence of appropriate qualifications (LOLER (preferable), LEEA or CERTEX accreditation, or similar).
3. IT literate
4. Fit and Healthy
