Salesforce CX Functional Consultant (Contract)

Duration: 6 months initial | Rate: Competitive

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce CX Functional Consultant to join on a contract basis. You’ll work with business stakeholders to understand processes, translate requirements, and deliver effective Salesforce CX solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Must have Housing sector experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct workshops, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.
• Support configuration, testing, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Skills & Experience

• Proven Salesforce Functional Consultant experience, ideally on CX-focused projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• End-to-end Salesforce implementation experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud).
• Experience working in consulting or across multiple industries.
