They recruit for both in-house and private-practice roles in these specialist areas.Responsibilities Build and manage a candidate network for Transport and Energy law roles across in-house and private practice.Source, screen and present candidates ranging from newly qualified lawyers to partners.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate negotiation and placement activities.Assist with market mapping and business development within the Transport and Energy sectors.Qualifications 18 months experience in any professional sector.Driven, ambitious, degree educated, and polished with strong communication skills.Ability to engage with candidates earning £100k+.Willingness to work in a fast-paced, specialist recruitment environment and to develop expertise in Transport and Energy law.Benefits Strong base salary and commission structure.
