My client is a leading legal search and recruitment firm who focus on Transport and Energy law. They are looking for Legal recruiters to do a mix of In house and Private Practice in their specialist areas. Focusing on Transport and Energy law as a legal recruitment company has enabled my client to become market leaders in this field. They work with some of the leading law firms and major industry clients internationally. Placements range from newly qualified lawyers to partners; team moves and mergers, there is a minimum fee of £20k and all senior work is retained. There is a chance to work internationally as they have offices in Singapore and are able to sponsor people to relocate if they wish.
The ideal candidate will have 18 months experience in ANY professional sector, they need to be driven, hungry, switched on, degree educated, polished people with the gravitas to speak to candidates who earn £100k+. My client can offer a strong base salary and commission structure. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be a specialist and who is hungry to make money, still at the early stages of their career and wanting to become an expert in their field.
