NHS Consultant Radiology Vacancy – Musculo-Skeletal (MSK) Radiology and Cross-sectional Imaging

Triple West Medical has been assigned by an NHS Trust on the South Coast to assist in recruiting a Consultant Radiologist for either a substantive or a 12-month NHS Fixed Term position.

This is a new post within the Department of Radiology. The successful candidate will lead specific duties as part of developing a multidisciplinary team approach to care within the specialty.

The appointee should have a special interest in Cross-Sectional Imaging & MSK Radiology.

The department currently includes 11 substantive and 1 locum Consultant at each hospital site.

Based on 11 PAs, the role includes 1 session of on-call checking/MR Cord Compression (timings subject to negotiation), 1.5 – 2.5 SPA\’s depending on roles, and 7.5-8.5 DCC. Additional DCC sessions may be offered based on departmental needs. The job plan will be reviewed within 1 month of commencement.
