Key Responsibilities
β’ Help clients in defining their needs and direct them to the corresponding modules and functionalities.
β’ Conceptualize functional analyses and the modelling of business processes in relation to project targets.
β’ Ensure a cross-sectional view of the client\βs functional needs.
β’ Ensure the correlation between the development of solutions and the functional needs of the client.
β’ Perform the configuration of modules according to the business needs of the clients.
β’ Provide functional support during the deployment phases.
β’ Develop and provide leadership during testing and quality assurance phases.
β’ Maintain functional documentation and transfer knowledge related to its responsibilities.
β’ Act as a consultant in the Supply Chain area and represent their department when interfacing with decision-making and technical bodies.
β’ Provide a monitoring role to understand and anticipate trends in the Supply Chain Area, and make appropriate recommendations in terms of developing best practices for the company.
Qualifications
β’ Experience of full life-cycle project implementations including assessments, blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, cut-over and go-live stabilization.
β’ Experience in facilitating assessment/blueprint workshops to analyze clientsβ business requirements. Consultant must be able to define the SAP Blueprint by embedding the Business processes and Standard SAP best practices.
β’ Producing detailed functional mapping to SAP applications, functional gap analysis, detailed blueprint design, process documentation, and detailed functional specifications for any custom development.
β’ Knowledge of best practices in function β reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
β’ Prepare and present summary level presentations and facilitate future and emerging state system design and process workshops to obtain client acceptance.
β’ Exposure to Remote Logistics Management or Event Management/Global Track & Trace.
β’ Ability to grasp and understand the business issues, pain points, and challenges of the organization.
β’ Exposure to at least 1 full cycle of S/4 HANA implementation.
β’ Integration with other SAP modules such as SAP PM, FI/CO, SD, QM, and PS.
β’ Exposure to interface development (EDI/IDoc).
β’ Strong teamwork skills and the ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional and consultative manner.
β’ Build long-lasting quality relationships with your clients to understand their needs and objectives and have the ability to identify and actively pursue opportunities.
β’ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
β’ Driven and enthusiastic, commercially aware, strong leadership qualities, and team leader experience. Excellent English verbal and written communication.
β’ SAP certification in any relevant technology is preferred.
β’ Good general Microsoft skills across Windows 10 and the Office Suite.
