Central Employment are working with a multi award winning B2B services led organisation, as they look to appoint a data driven Digital Marketing Manager, to support the Head of Marketing on all Web Analytics and Performance activity.
They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in WordPress, SEO, digital technology and website analysis. In this role, you will lead our digital marketing, website performance, optimise content for search engines, and drive online growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage Website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience to enhance growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement an SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements to drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly copy, metadata, and keyword integration.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on website traffic, conversions, and campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee paid campaigns (PPC, social media ads, Google Ads) and optimize for performance and ROI.
- Manage website integrations, plugins, and ensure smooth technical operations of all digital platforms.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance user experience and maximize lead generation.
- Support email marketing efforts through automation, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Work closely with internal teams, developers, and agencies to execute digital initiatives.
- Proven experience in WordPress website management, including themes, plugins, and security best practices.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, link-building strategies, and algorithm updates.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
- Experience in technical SEO, including site speed optimization, structured data, and schema markup.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
