The Company: My client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Development Manager to join our dynamic team. With a focus on residential and hotel development projects, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the development process from site appraisal to project completion. The Position as an Assistant Development Planner: The Assistant Development Planner will support the development team in managing real estate projects, primarily in the residential and hotel sectors, from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting site and financial appraisals
- Negotiating planning agreements (e.g., S106)
- Liaising with consultants
- Reviewing architectural designs
