About the Role

The Estates Department provides maintenance, repair, and installation services for buildings, grounds, engineering services, and equipment throughout the Trust.

Qualifications and Experience

• Recognised Mechanical or Building Services apprenticeship
• Experience in building engineering services and plant maintenance with a BTEC HNC or City and Guilds, plus relevant post-apprenticeship training or equivalent experience
• Current UK (manual) driving licence
• Residency within half an hour travel time to fulfill on-call duties

Working Conditions

Monday – Friday with participation in an emergency on-call rota, overtime, and weekend working. See attached shift pattern.

Salary and Benefits

£29,970 – £36,483 per annum plus local RRP (£3,277), on-call retainer (~£1,000), overtime, 27 days holiday, and voluntary pension scheme.
