Job Title: Service Level Reporting Manager

Job Description:
Develop and Maintain Service Catalogue: Create, update, and manage the IT service catalogue, ensuring all services are accurately described and categorised.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT service owners, business units, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the catalogue meets their needs.
Service Documentation: Ensure all service descriptions, SLAs, and related documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and improve the service catalogue to enhance usability and relevance.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to users of the service catalogue, ensuring they understand how to access and utilise the information.
Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness and usage of the service catalogue.
