We’re seeking a confident and capable Freight Forwarding Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing logistics business. You’ll be the main point of contact for key clients, managing multimodal shipments and ensuring seamless delivery from booking to final mile. Key Responsibilities: Freight Forwarding Account Manager Manage full cycle of shipments via road, sea, and air Coordinate with agents, co-loaders, hauliers, airlines , and internal teams Input and maintain accurate job data in freight software systems Provide clients with proactive shipment updates at key milestones Work closely with in-house customs team on clearances and duty/VAT invoicing Negotiate haulage rates and confirm deliveries Prepare costings, raise invoices, and close jobs accurately Resolve any supplier invoice or operational queries Collect necessary documentation before release of carg…
