About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Social Worker to join and lead their dynamic team at the new family centre in Widnes. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children and families facing a range of challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families, identifying needs and developing tailored support plans.
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions, including family therapy, individual therapy, and group work.
- Provide specialist advice and guidance to colleagues and other professionals.
- Participate in case reviews and multi-agency meetings.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
