My well established, dynamic Client is urgently looking for a People Team Administrator to join their growing People & Culture team. This role is pivotal in supporting the smooth running of their HR operations and ensuring an engaging and seamless journey for candidates and employees alike.
What You'll Be Doing:
- HR Administration & Support
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and systems
- Assist with employee relations documentation and coordination
- Recruitment Coordination
- Manage end-to-end recruitment logistics, ensuring a professional and efficient process
- Schedule interviews, liaise with candidates, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle
- Deliver a smooth, timely, and engaging candidate experience
- Support the preparation and issuing of offer letters and contracts
- Onboarding & New Starter Support
- Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate induction plans for new hires
- Be a key contact for new starters, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding journey
- Employee Experience
- Support HR projects and initiatives to drive engagement, culture, and retention
- Assist in organising team events, recognition activities, and wellness initiatives
- Help ensure a consistent and positive employee experience across all touchpoints
