Support Worker (Driver), Eccleston

We are seeking a friendly Support Worker to join our Supported Living in Eccleston, committed to supporting autistic people to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. Our Support Workers focus on encouraging health and well‑being and placing the people we support at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities

• Support autistic individuals to develop independence and community participation.
• Encourage health and well‑being through daily activities and routine support.
• Provide flexible, person‑centred support tailored to each individual\’s strengths and goals.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Patient, caring and supportive nature.
• Passion to develop and learn new skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
