The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and organizing documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between different groups and maintaining organized case files.

Job Description:

1. Client intakes
2. General case management and oversight
3. Drafting demand packages, complaints, and discovery documents
4. Completing DIA forms and correspondence
5. Organizing and maintaining cases and documents
6. Monitoring important case developments and deadlines
7. Preparing client, insurance, and court correspondence
8. Keeping clients informed and managing their expectations
9. Answering calls and qualifying potential new clients

Who We Are Looking For:

• Some experience in a personal injury or workers\’ compensation firm
• Bachelor\’s degree and/or paralegal certification
• Knowledge of personal injury and workers\’ compensation law in Massachusetts
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Team player
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good research, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Multilingual skills (Spanish/Portuguese) are a plus but not required
