What You\’ll Do:

• Process Supplier Invoices: Handle a high volume of invoices with precision and efficiency.

• Manage Transactions: Process credit card transactions.

• Maintain Systems: Keep our accounts payable email and paperless filing systems in top shape.

• Resolve Queries: Tackle invoice queries and perform supplier reconciliations.

• Set Up Suppliers: Ensure new suppliers are accurately set up in Navision.

• Data Accuracy: Input data accurately and manage daily post distribution.

• Communication: Answer calls and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

• Adaptability: Take on any other ad-hoc duties as needed.

What We\’re Looking For:

• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, Excel, and Navision (desirable).
