What You’ll Do:

• Convert inbound online enquiries into appointments.
• Make warm outbound calls to existing customers, not cold calling.
• Provide exceptional customer service as the first contact point.
• Handle administrative tasks, manage diaries, and ensure smooth operations.

Working Hours: Typically 30 hours/week, including some weekends and bank holidays, with flexible hours for work-life balance or part-time work.

Who we’re Looking For:

• Passionate about converting interest to opportunity and delivering great customer experiences.
• Experience in phone or sales environment is beneficial but not essential; training provided.
