About the Role

As an Apprentice Service & Maintenance Technician, your duties will include:

• Carrying out foundational tasks related to service and repair procedures.
• Maintaining a safe and efficient workshop environment.
• Accessing technical information such as wiring diagrams and vehicle repair data.
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues.
• Inspecting and preparing vehicles to meet quality standards.
• Removing, repairing, or replacing components as per manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates are:

• Technically minded, practical, and attentive to instructions.
• Capable of working effectively within a busy team environment.

Training Provided

You will receive mentoring, support, and residential training to gain the necessary skills and behaviors to achieve the Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician qualification. The off-the-job training is residential, with costs covered by the employer.
