JOB PURPOSE
Working within the IT & Business Systems department for the Director, TechOps & IT, you will be responsible as the product owner of our core business system, how it is delivered to our business and the management of the relationship with our suppliers, who provide the system.
Our primary business platform runs on Microsoft 365 Dynamics and is used as our CRM (Customer Relationship Management), DCIM (Data Center Inventory Management), Sales and Customer Support Tool with AtlasEdge. This role is within a new team that has the responsibility for a suite of business systems, their integrations and associated business processes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for business systems products, aligning with business goals and market needs.
Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
Roadmap Development : Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Operational Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the core business system, including triage of incidents and service requests and escalation to the vendor.
Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships.
Data Integrity : Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across data in the core business system.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, TechOps, data manager, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of data products.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, processes, and updates.
Compliance & Security: Ensure data products comply with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
Knowledge: Build the internal knowledge base related to the key business systems used by AtlasEdge and become the application “super user”.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
