Marketing Manager – Healthcare & Medical Devices
Our client, a fast-paced medical devices business are looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead a growing team as the business embarks on an exciting period of growth and brand transformation. You’ll play a crucial role in rolling out new branding, managing campaigns, and driving engagement across digital and print channels.
You’ll have direct responsibility for a Marketing Executive and two Designers (with plans to expand in the next year) and a marketing budget, working on everything from events and video production to digital campaigns. This is a hands-on role where no task is too small – whether it’s packing boxes for an event or designing a brochure, we need someone willing to get stuck in.
What you’ll do:
- Roll out new branding across all touchpoints (website, brand awareness, digital campaigns).
- Manage a marketing budget with a focus on impactful, long-term projects and campaigns.
- Drive brand awareness for our innovative new platform through campaigns across Meta, Google, and industry-specific journals.
- Collaborate closely with design teams and agencies to produce compelling video content, product literature, and campaign assets.
- Support product launches, international expansion, and manage ongoing events.
- Use platforms like Netsuite CRM, Shopify, WordPress, and Klayvio to manage campaigns and track performance.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical devices marketing.
- Experience in line management, with a proven ability to lead creative teams and oversee multiple projects.
- A hands-on mindset – someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can work autonomously.
- Experience with both digital and print marketing, SEO, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and think creatively to solve problems.
- Ability to work flexibly (2 days per week in the office) and travel to key events and meetings.
