Hours: Monday – Friday, 0800 – 1630

Are you a skilled TIG Welder looking for your next opportunity? We are working with a well-established and growing engineering firm in Loughborough that is looking to add to their friendly team.

This role offers competitive pay rates, steady day shifts, and the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

What You\’ll Be Doing

1. Working from detailed engineering drawings
2. TIG welding stainless steel up to 5mm
3. Fabricating components to a high standard
4. MIG welding mild steel
5. Occasionally working independently on varied jobs and materials

What We\’re Looking For

1. Apprentice-trained or time-served welder/fabricator
2. Strong background in TIG/MIG welding and fabrication
3. Confident reading technical drawings
4. 3+ years\’ experience working with stainless and mild steel up to 5mm
5. Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
