Compensation:

• Starting hourly pay: $24.05 – $26.44, equating to $50,000 – $55,000 annually for a 40-hour work week.
• On-target earnings up to $75,000, with uncapped commissions allowing unlimited earning potential. Top performers may earn over $100,000 annually.

Role Overview

The Entry Level Sales Representative will collaborate with sales and executive teams to identify leads and foster growth by establishing initial contact with prospects. The role involves setting appointments for sales colleagues to present C-4\’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
• Utilize existing data and identify new leads.
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospects.
• Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• This role requires daily in-person attendance in Wakefield, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, including cold calling and lead generation, or relevant internship experience.
• Proficiency in overcoming objections and managing high-volume cold calls.
• Experience in digital marketing sales is advantageous.
• Strong ambition and goal-oriented mindset.
• CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot.
• Call center sales experience is beneficial.
