As an Assembler, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately reading blueprints
- Assembling large bus sections
- Using various tools and equipment, including overhead cranes, grinders, and hand tools
This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm with 10% shift differential.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience & Skills:
- Ability to read blueprints beyond a basic level, including orientation and symbols.
- Experience using hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers), grinders, and millimeter tape measures.
- Familiarity with swage equipment (pneumatic system for pinching materials).
- Comfortable using overhead cranes to move large equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with large equipment.
- Punctuality is important – being on time is required for this role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Detail-oriented and capable of thinking on the fly as projects evolve.
- Ability to collaborate across departments without a direct lead while maintaining respect and professionalism.
What You'll Do:
- Locate and install insulators on bus sections.
- Use millimeter tape measures and accurately interpret blueprints.
- Review and verify bills of materials (BOM).
- Operate grinders, hand tools, swage equipment, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
- Adapt to project-based work, adjusting to evolving designs and specifications.
