Associate Osteopath Position

Rugby Osteopathic and Sports Injury Centre is a well established multidisciplinary clinic that has been proudly serving Warwickshire for over 35 years. As a finalist for the 2024 Institute of Osteopathy Practice of the Year, we are recognised for our collaborative approach, high clinical standards and commitment to patient centred care. Our team includes osteopaths and sports therapists, creating a supportive environment where clinicians can focus on providing the best possible care.

We are seeking an associate osteopath to join our team from May 2026 and provide continuity of care for patients while a colleague is on maternity leave. This role is three to four days per week and offers the opportunity to work with a ready-made patient caseload, allowing you to focus on clinical care from day one. While the position initially covers maternity leave, there is potential for it to continue as a permanent role beyond this period, providing long-term career opportunities within a thriving practice.

Why work with us

  • A ready-made and consistent caseload from the outset
  • Three to four days per week with strong clinic demand
  • A supportive, collaborative and multidisciplinary team
  • A clinic culture that values professional development, wellbeing and patient-centred care
  • Convenient location close to Rugby train station with excellent transport links

What we offer

  • Competitive associate pay reflective of experience
  • Mentorship and guidance from senior practitioners
  • Funding and encouragement for continuing professional development
  • Opportunities for career progression within a well-established practice
  • Flexible working arrangements that support a healthy work-life balance
  • Exposure to a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions within a multidisciplinary setting

Requirements and responsibilities

  • Osteopathy qualification at degree level or equivalent
  • Registration with the General Osteopathic Council
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis and osteopathic treatment
  • Ability to develop and implement individualised treatment plans
  • A solid understanding of anatomy, physiology and neurology
  • Excellent communication skills with a patient-centred approach
  • High standards of record keeping and time management

If you are looking for a rewarding role within a respected clinic that values collaboration, clinical excellence and professional development, we would love to hear from you. Join our team and make a lasting difference to patients’ lives while building your career in a supportive and thriving practice.
