My client is looking to add an innovative, resourceful, resilient & creative Operations Director to their team. We are looking for someone who has plenty of energy, charisma and isn't afraid to get involved with the team.

About the position: You will be responsible for a large portfolio of Education contracts with multiple direct reports. This will suit someone with a background in Contract Catering, ideally within state education or public sector catering. Your career experience will have given you a sound understanding of Contract Catering senior management and an ability to take a step back to understand the bigger picture. A savvy & financially astute operator who can appreciate what it takes to be in a client facing role will suit this position.

Ideal Operations Director:

  • Experience at a senior level within public sector Contract Catering is a MUST and ideally state Education
