CU Phosco Lighting is the largest UK designer and manufacturer of outdoor lighting equipment. The company has three factories in the UK and exports worldwide. CU Phosco Lighting is a leader in high mast lighting and manufactures a range of products including street lighting columns and luminaires, floodlights, LED lighting, wind turbine towers, monopoles, mobile telecom poles, and sports lighting. Additionally, the company has a contract division dedicated to installing and maintaining complex products.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ware for a Sales Office Coordinator to join the team.

As Sales Office Coordinator you will be responsible for a range of administrative and customer service tasks including but not limited to order entry, customer satisfaction, and sales support. The Sales Office Coordinator will ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, respond to customer queries, and provide support to the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage order entry and processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer service
• Provide sales support to the team and assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in customer service, administrative assistance, and sales support
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dedication to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Experience in the lighting or manufacturing industry is a plus but not essential
