Part Qualified Financial Accountant – Norwich / Hybrid post probation Salary up to £40,000 Keeler Recruitment are delighted to be supporting this highly established, international Norwich based company who are looking to appoint a Part Qualified Financial Accountant to join their growing team. Key responsibilities will include: Preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations Supporting statutory reporting, audit processes, and compliance returns Driving automation and smarter ways of working within the finance function Partnering with stakeholders to deliver insight and promote best practices Providing technical accounting support to the wider business Acting as a first point of escalation and advisor for process issues and improvements What We\’re Looking For: AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA with proven accounting experience Strong supervisory or team leadership skills Experience working with auditors and delivering against tight deadlines Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems Confident communicator with the ability to translate finance into actionable insights for non-financial teams Highly organised, adaptable, and enthusiastic about continuous improvement To discuss this opportunity or other similar vacancies get in touch with Emma at Keeler Recruitment or apply today with your updated CV to (url removed)…
