Circular ArtSpace invites artists of all disciplines to submit their work for our next group show in MetArtSpace, our fully immersive Virtual Reality gallery.
This will be our 27th VR group exhibition, part of a broader programme of 33 curated virtual shows, including solo exhibitions and members’ collectives accessible via our website.
About Circular ArtSpace
Based in Bristol, UK, and founded in March 2022, Circular ArtSpace is a not-for-profit gallery that curates physical and virtual exhibitions, supporting emerging and under-represented artists.
- Physical gallery in Fishponds: around 400 visitors/month
- VR exhibitions in MetArtSpace: approximately 800 visitors/month worldwide
- Exhibitions accessible 24/7 on any device (computer, smartphone, tablet, VR headset)
Why exhibit in VR?
VR exhibitions offer visibility in a growing segment of the art world, attracting collectors, curators, and art lovers interested in new experiences and digital art acquisition. They provide immersive, interactive environments that foster genuine connections and increase engagement, opening new opportunities for artists.
Participation Fees (if selected)
- £20 – 1 artwork
- £30 – 2 artworks
- £35 – 3 artworks
What’s included in the participation fee
- Inclusion in a curated immersive VR exhibition
- One-month display in MetArtSpace
- Direct contact links for each artist — no commissions or intermediaries
- Opening preview event in VR
- PDF catalogue of all selected artists and artworks
- Promotion via social media (Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, Threads, Discord) and listings on Spatial, CuratorSpace, VASW, Bristol Creatives
Who can apply?
Artists working in all mediums are welcome: painting, photography, video art, illustration, digital art, sculpture, printmaking, installation, and more. No theme — full creative freedom.
How to apply
Submit up to 3 artworks with the following:
- Video: MP4 link (max 100MB)
- File naming: use the artwork title (e.g., “Artwork.jpeg”)
- Details for each piece: Title, Size, Medium, Price (if for sale)
- A short artist bio or artwork description (max 120 words, third person)
- Website and social media links (if applicable)
Deadline to apply: 12 May 2025
Opening Preview (VR): 21 May, 6–7 PM (GMT)
