QC Team Lead

Walker Cole International is currently searching for a QC Team Leader to join a Liquid Pharmaceutical Manufacturer based in the North of England on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role within a collaborative and fast-paced QC environment, supporting the manufacture of oral liquid medicines for patients with specific dosing or swallowing needs. Your responsibilities as QC Team Leader would be to: Lead and support a team of QC analysts across raw materials, packaging, finished products, stability, and microbiology testing. Review analytical documentation, oversee testing schedules, and ensure GMP compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support cross-functional collaboration with QA, manufacturing, and new product development. Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality data for internal and external stakeholders. Support training, coaching, and day-to-day guidance of team members to maintain high performance and quality standards.
