With over 30 years in the industry, this company has earned a stellar reputation for delivering high-quality residential groundworks projects for some of the leading names in housebuilding. Their portfolio includes major groundworks projects involving roads, sewers, deep drainage, enabling works, hard landscaping, foundations, and infrastructure works. Key Responsibilities- Manage residential groundworks projects valued up to £3 million.
- Oversee the commercial aspects of each package.
- Perform measurement and valuation of various groundworks packages.
- Prepare monthly payment applications for allocated projects.
- Identify and price client variations; negotiate and agree on variations.
- Prepare subcontract tender enquiry documents and review submitted tenders.
- Manage payment of subcontract accounts.
- Conduct monthly meetings with the Commercial Director and Commercial Manager.
- Handle final account duties.
- Degree, HNC, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in groundworks, especially residential groundworks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel.
- Valid driving licence to travel to live sites across the South of England.
- Competitive salary up to £65,000 depending on experience.
- Car allowance of £5,000.
