Their portfolio includes major groundworks projects involving roads, sewers, deep drainage, enabling works, hard landscaping, foundations, and infrastructure works. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage residential groundworks projects valued up to £3 million.
  • Oversee the commercial aspects of each package.
  • Perform measurement and valuation of various groundworks packages.
  • Prepare monthly payment applications for allocated projects.
  • Identify and price client variations; negotiate and agree on variations.
  • Prepare subcontract tender enquiry documents and review submitted tenders.
  • Manage payment of subcontract accounts.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with the Commercial Director and Commercial Manager.
  • Handle final account duties.
Requirements
  • Degree, HNC, or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in groundworks, especially residential groundworks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel.
  • Valid driving licence to travel to live sites across the South of England.
