Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in internal refurbishments, fitouts and roofing works, and they are looking for a Site Manager to deliver a 3 month school fitout in Faversham starting in July.
Site Manager will be expected to:
- Liase with the Project Manager daily
- Run weekly meetings
- Track design changes
- Ensure project is finished to a quality standard and on time
- Coordinate/ book all trades
Skills/ Qualifications required:
- SMSTS & CSCS Card
- MUST have enhanced DBS (taken within the last 3 years)
- First Aid Certificate
- Previous School/College/Nursery Fitout experience
