Teaching Assistant (SEND Provision)

Location: Warwick, Warwickshire

Start Date: As soon as possible

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (Term Time Only)

Weekly Salary: £450 to £470

About the Role:

As a key part of the classroom team, you’ll work closely with teachers and therapists to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development. You’ll provide one-to-one and group support, encourage independence, and help create a calm, engaging learning environment where every child is valued.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Experience working with children or young people (in school or care settings) is desirable but not essential
  • A genuine interest in supporting learners with additional needs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A valid Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
