  • Approve designs, documentation, and testing procedures for high-performance products.

Experience required:

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering (Master's/PhD desirable).
  • Significant proven experience of electronics design experience, including SMPS and power systems.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Proficiency in SPICE, Matlab, Altium or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and product development best practices.

Desirable:

  • Experience with embedded systems, lighting control protocols (DALI, DMX), or IoT.
