What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the design and development of analogue electronics, SMPS, and embedded systems.
- Mentor and support a team of engineers, promoting best practices and innovation.
- Oversee system integration, including power control, HMI, and lighting solutions.
- Tackle complex technical challenges including EMC, thermal management, and compliance.
- Approve designs, documentation, and testing procedures for high-performance products.
- Drive continuous improvement and stay up to date with industry advancements.
Experience required:
- Degree in Electronics Engineering (Master's/PhD desirable).
- Significant proven experience of electronics design experience, including SMPS and power systems.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Proficiency in SPICE, Matlab, Altium or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and product development best practices.
Desirable:
- Experience with embedded systems, lighting control protocols (DALI, DMX), or IoT.
- Familiarity with energy harvesting, wireless power, or automated testing.
