D365 Business Development Manager

Hybrid: UK

Salary: £70k – £90k + OTE

This is an opportunity to join a Global brand where you will sit exclusively within the UK Microsoft Business Applications team. Their project pipeline is constantly growing, with multiple projects due to kick off early 2025 and many more mid-flight across Manufacturing, Professional Services, Retail and Financial Services.

With plans to add another 80 people to the business over the next 12 months, they are looking to grow their presence in the Enterprise market and deliver global D365 programmes.

They are actively investing in the growth of their sales team to help drive new project wins in the enterprise space, and are seeking a D365 Business Development Manager to join either their Commercial or Financial Services team.

You will be focused on generating new business across Microsoft D365 and Power Platform in the enterprise space, responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle for £1m+ deals as well as identifying opportunities within existing customers.

You'll have complete autonomy over your customers and sales processes, working closely with the Sales Director and wider brand to cross-sell Microsoft solutions.

Experience Must Include:

  • Business Development across Microsoft Technologies, Ideally D365 CE and Power Platform
  • Ability to reach and exceed sales targets of £2m
  • Experience selling into either Commercial or Financial Services sectors
  • Consultancy / Partner Experience
