A leading independent media agency is seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Channel Media Planning Account Director to lead media planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in both digital and traditional media, with a proven ability to develop integrated media strategies that maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of integrated media plans encompassing online (digital, social, programmatic, search) and offline (TV, radio, print, out-of-home) channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and translating them into effective multi-channel strategies.
- Collaborate closely with creative, digital, and offline teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Analyze industry trends and consumer insights to inform media planning and strategic recommendations.
- Manage and mentor a team of media planners, fostering professional development and best practices.
