An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Media & Influencer Executive in Europe, to join our Marketing team in one of the worldβs leading specialist audio brands, KEF.
As the Social Media & Influencer Executive for the European region, you will have the opportunity to work with key KEF functions including Sales, Product Management and wider Marketing teams in Asia & Americas to develop, collaborate and execute social media initiatives supporting the brand & marketing strategy of KEF Audio Group.
The role is based in our central London office and hybrid working is available
Summary
As Social Media & Influencer Executive for Europe, you will support the development execution, and optimisation of key social media initiatives and campaigns for KEF. Reporting to the Manager, Social Media & Influencer Relations of Global Marketing, you will be responsible for managing Europe social media channels and influencer marketing, working close with leaders across the European marketing team. You will collaborate with the Global Marketing team and local social media team members across Asia and America. This involves managing and maintaining the day-to-day activities of KEFβs EU social media channels; supporting digital activations and strategic projects to achieve KEFβs brand objectives. Key responsibilities include social media content creation, copywriting, support for local campaigns, social media reporting, platform optimisation, and influencer marketing.
Key responsibilities
β Manage KEF EU social media platforms, ensuring the delivery of quality content and ongoing optimisation and maintenance of the platforms.
β Lead on the EU social media calendar, creating & coordinating campaign posts, with regular content aligned to KEFβs social media pillars.
β Write original social media copy and create relevant content for social media posts. Collaborate with the creative team for approvals and support where necessary.
β Localise posts for key European regions; organise translations and publish content for local audiences across KEF EU social media channels.
β Manage, engage, and communicate with the KEF community across all KEF EU social media channels.
β Liaise with the Customer Service team to ensure all engagement with customer queries through KEF EU social media channels is conducted with the correct tone of voice, information, and responded to in a timely manner.
β Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Europe to plan and execute social media activity for local campaigns including seasonal promotional campaigns and local product awareness initiatives.
β Work with the Program Manager, Europe to raise awareness of events at KEF Music Gallery London and generate content at events for social media channels, with occasional evening and weekend availability required for networking at these events.
β Work closely with the Global Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager executing social media marketing initiatives, such as product launches and key global campaigns.
β Lead and centralise EU (with a focus on UK, DE, FR, NL) influencer outreach communications and executions for brand campaigns and on-going seedings.
β Review and analyse social media KPIs, producing a monthly report to identify trends and key insights, recommending and implementing solutions to drive marketing efficiencies and optimisation
β Research and analyse local trends and reactive opportunities in the local markets, serving as the social media expert in Europe.
β On occasion, assisting the Social Media & Influencer Manager, Global with addition projects and tasks where necessary.
You will have:
β A strong understanding of Social Media, Influencer, and Brand Marketing
β Experience in effective consumer communication including creative strategy and strong storytelling.
β Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and social media analytical tools.
β Experience with Emplifi or similar social media scheduling tool
β Proficiency in Canva and the ability to produce high quality social media assets is a plus
β Proficiency across Microsoft Suite
β Excellent communication skills with the ability to form good working relationships with a diverse and wide variety of individuals.
β Good cultural awareness
β Experience working with international teams is a plus.
βSelf-driven and motivated with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
β Passion for music and entertainment is a plus.
β Fluency in English is a must. and other languages such as French, Dutch, or German are a plus
