What’s the opportunity?

As part of the Retail team, you’ll be based within our store in Leicester in Fosse Park Shopping Centre, welcoming customers and discussing our furniture offerings.

This role involves working 24 hours per week over 3 days.

What does the role involve?

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the perfect furniture pieces
• Completing customer orders and processing finance applications accurately
• Achieving personal sales targets and KPIs
• Delivering a 5-star customer experience as part of the team
• Maintaining the showroom’s appearance through housekeeping and furniture arrangement
• Ensuring the showroom is a welcoming, safe environment
• Developing knowledge of all products and services
• Performing additional duties as needed

• Hourly rate of £9.74- £11.44 with a realistic OTE of £30K pro rata per year
• Average earnings of £800 – £1200 per month on top of basic salary, with unlimited earning potential
