Our client, an innovative mental health service provider, is seeking a passionate and dedicated CAMHS Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their team in Accrington. This role offers the opportunity to work in a specialist mental health service for young people with complex needs.
Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from £36,000 to £40,300 per year, depending on experience. There are full-time roles available for RMNs on day shifts and nights, with a rotating schedule:
- Day shifts: 7.50am – 8.05pm
- Night shifts: 7.50pm – 8.05am
- Rotas: Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Our client is a new and exciting service offering high-quality specialist mental health services for young people aged 8-18 years. With two bespoke 10-bedded units, the company focuses on assessment, stabilization, treatment, and intervention, using an attachment and trauma model to support looked-after children.
As a CAMHS RMN, you\’ll:
- Assess a variety of acute and complex mental health issues
- Plan and implement treatment collaboratively
- Work with multi-agency teams and involve families in care
- Manage challenging behaviours using de-escalation skills
- Support young people through therapeutic interventions and community activities
- Complete records and notes in accordance with policy
- Safeguard young people and manage medication
