Are you an experienced Pharmacy Dispenser seeking a locum opportunity within a GP practice setting? We have a fantastic role based in Liverpool starting this July!

Location: Liverpool

Start Date: July 2025

Duration: Ongoing contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (30-minute break)

Hourly Rate: £15.50-16ph

About the Role: We're working closely with a GP surgery in Liverpool looking for a reliable and motivated Pharmacy Dispenser to support their dispensary on a full-time locum basis. You'll play a key role in the smooth running of the service, ensuring patients receive timely and accurate medication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispensing and labelling prescriptions accurately
  • Supporting the repeat prescription workflow
  • Assisting patients at the dispensary counter
  • Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
  • Working alongside GPs, pharmacists, and other staff to deliver excellent care

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services - essential
  • Previous experience working in a GP Practice - essential
  • A methodical, team-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Working Hours: This is a full-time locum role, running Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with a half-hour break. The position begins in July and will continue on an ongoing basis, with potential to be extended.
