Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain engineering schedules, time management systems, and planning boards.
  • Support stock and inventory accuracy using CMMS systems.
  • Create and update CAD-based documents and technical drawings.
  • Prepare KPI reports and training compliance matrices.
  • Assist in day-to-day administration including emails, supplier liaison, PPE orders, and document filing.

  • Proven admin experience, ideally within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.

  • Able to work independently, multitask effectively, and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
