Overview: The body of work that focuses on End to End Client Implementation of Trade Life Cycle Management for Front and Middle Office implementations. This role brings together the best practices of implementations through the usage of standard practices and established artifacts and partnering with the Operational Governance framework.
What you will be responsible for:
- Clearly understanding the operating model of a client implementation for TLM
- Understanding and documenting the scope of Products and Workflows using the standard artifacts such as CSRs and FSOMs
- Managing client business requirements, gaps, open discussion items via a standard Implementation ARIAD log/JIRA.
- Defining and driving the maintenance of the client specific project plan based on the standard generic project plan artifact.
- Defining requirements to partnering teams within Alpha Transaction Management such as TIER and CDIS for Products and Workflows, which would result on those partnering teams to execute their components of implementation tasks
- Being the central point of contact for all TLM workstream related matters and pulling in others for solutions, designs, providing expertise on specific functions of business operations and architecture, during Implementation and Warranty period, as needed.
- Working with CRIMS Professional Services partners in ensuring all Products and Workflows align to successfully execute and process trades and lifecycle events in Front and Middle Office.
- Being a stakeholder in signing off on TIER, CDIS, Testing and Operational Governance functions supporting the Implementation.
- Ensuring all aspects of Analysis, Development/Configuration, Testing (B/CUAT plus any other testing effort as defined within the program scope), Conversion (environment readiness) sections of the project plan are in a complete status prior to go live.
- Managing the overall progression of the workstream and highlighting risks and achievements timely on health check slides.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 - 12 years of industry experience with front, middle and back office functionality, analytics and applications
- BS degree in Finance, Economics or Engineering required
- Competency in Agile Methodology and tools
- Competency in MS Office including MS Visio, MS Project and PowerPoint
- Electronic trading platforms including Chares River experience is a plus
